Prof. Dr. Smita Pangarkar is working as Assistant Professor at MITSOM , Pune since year 2008, and now with newly transformed MIT World Peace University. She is currently teaching MBA Program in the Faculty of Management (PG) in the capacity of Asistant Professor in the domain of Human Resource Her expertise in the field of Academics, Industry and Consultancy are remarkable. she has servered in the industry for 4 years and has wored in various sectors like Automobile, Electronics and Fitness&Welness Industry before joining MIT group in 2008. A PhD from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University under Business Management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management (MPM-MBA -HR) from Pune University and has completed a Post Graduate Master’s Programme in Management(PGMP) from MIT School of Management, Pune. She is a Commerce Graduate from Sant Gadge Baba Amrawati university. Her teaching experience in the field of Human resource Management and Organization Management spans a wide range. Her focus area of interest is Research. She has delivered her best as a T&P officer for MBA and PGDM students for last 12 years in MIT World Peace University through her wide range of connect with the Industry and Corporates.
